This is my build , I used PVT armor as ele vitality is the lowest and most of my attacks are melee.
What do you think about the glyphs ? Should I swap them all ?

I am running a glyph heavy build myself, but with the difference of using Arcane Wave instead of GoEP and actually using the healing glyph instead of the signet. I also run mainly celestial stats.
Not sure which game aspect this is designed for, but here are things you might want to think about (that would be a problem for me)
>> PvE: With your very high toughness you will be a NPC magnet. Are you prepared to deal with that?
>> Low dodge & heal abilities. Without Renewing Stamina e.g. and low healing power, are you sure you can deal with pressure just with regeneration from Soothing Mist and Rune #6?
>> Condis in general. You are very vulnerable to condis & CC, just think about the new LS 2 mobs that are very mobile and spread a lot of condis
>> Boons you create will not last very long, without any points in Arcana. You will generate might in Fire magic, but you get significantly weaker if you have to swap out.
>> Pyromancers Alacrity? I think the main hand dagger skills recharge pretty fast. Are you counting on more Flame Grabs?
>> in WvW environments, the Condis will be a problem as is your slow speed. Enemies will be able to run away or break off fights very easily

Can you tell me about your build ( link ) ?
For PvE, seems much worse than the standard Fresh Air or Persisting Flames builds.
For WvW, seems much worse than the Arcana-Water builds or Fresh Air builds.
Judging by your signature you like passive playstyles, you could just run fire staff and be much more effective and it wouldnt really matter what utilities you took so you could still have pets(I personally can’t stand relying on A.I.). 6/2/2/2/2 camping in fire and taking all the % damage traits/blasting staff would do much more damage than what you posted. Also, try to incorporate as much berserker gear as you can handle. Check youtube for dekeyz2chaos video guides as well.
dekeyz2chaos didn’t upload any video about D/D ele ,but I check other videos about it.
Most of them are using zerker gear along with arcane utilities. I think that sacrifising toughness and vitality for more damage isn’t worth it specially when elementalits got the lowest vitality. Won’t PvT or even knight gear be better ?

If it’s for PvE, you don’t need vit or toughness
Go zerk
Get a PVT set for world bosses you can’t crit on.
Also, Focus is a better off-hand for dagger.

Do whatever works for you but in my opinion burning precision and blinding ashes will work against each other and there is no justification for spending 1 point alone in any traitline the way you did in water. Finally, if I were making a glyph build i’d for sure have the heal and stunbreak and trait more heavily into arcane/air for fresh air and boon stacking. As someone else mentioned, the focus is more defense than the stats from gear can provide but the playstyle isnt for everyone. Check out Zelyhn’s d/f guide, iirc its stickied somewhere around here.

Your strongest AA is in Air, so it’s useless. Put that point in Air, the Lightning Bolt hits like a truck. Take out 3 points of earth, put them in Air too and you have 10% more dmg on your AA and after a might stacking rotation, you have Air Attunement ready(you should get more then 1 Air Attunement swap in a might rotation, but thats when you get more used to Ele rotations)
You’ll still have 2 points in Earth, take Stone Splinters
Use Bolt to the Heart in Air

Basically this, blinding is a condition that requires finesse in its use to maximize effectiveness and randomly blinding one enemy when there is a prohibitive internal cooldown is a bad idea. This is pretty much the consensus everyone came to when the trait was released but Anet didn’t care to adjust it. The only time blinding ashes has any real use is 1v1 player vs player because no pve fight lasts long enough to warrant multiple procs or if it does the enemy is immune to the condition.
