Deadeye Dunwell
I did it with S/F. There are 2 ranged interrupts (air 5 and water 2), Earth 5 for an invuln, and mist-form for an additional invuln. You also have 2 blinds (air 3 and earth 3) on relatively short CD. I also went with a fresh-air build so I could switch back to air frequently for more dps. While Dragon’s tooth is usually useless, here it is very good as he stands still. You can also mitigate most dps besides the kill-shot with earth 4 for reflects, and air 4 for blocking all his attacks. I used the fire elemental for damage while doing all that.
For ele I run full rabid mono-earth with S/F. Start off with signet of fire burn. Lightning flash to the center. Use magnetic wave to reflect a few normal shots at the beginning and begin spamming auto-attack. Use obsidian flesh on the first kill shot and signet of air blind on the second. Other than that just spam earth auto the whole time, and never ever swap attunements. With 40% condition duration food and condition traits you should get almost 20 bleed stacks up along with the burning… he should die by second teleport (he may get you with 3rd killshot but you will rally when he dies of conditions). I can do this with 3 gambits easily (thief is still way better though, and can do 4 with no death risk).
Endless Petrification Tonic
For me, using scepter’s Air 3 allowed me to not have to dodge kill shot at all. You can pretty much blind out every kill shot.
Also, summoning 2 air elementals as support helps your dps quite well, and the elite can occasionally stun Deadeye too.
