10pts- Bonus toughness when channeling
Scepter2- Bonus toughness before hurling
Signet of Earth- Bonus toughness when on cooldown
None of these change the Diamond Skin condition damage bonus at all. Really? What does Arenanet have against skills working the way they should and actually being interesting?
