Nothing can stop the might of Shatterstone thanks to its new buff.
I really think they hit at the core of Ele scepter issues with this change.

The Shatterstone change is a change for the better. By itself I get it’s nothing to get excited over, but I’m certain there are other changes. It was a preview.

I really doubt that’s the only scepter change that will come.

They also mentioned focus QoL changes for example and none were showcased in the preview at all.

Shatterstone would be kinda cool if the cooldown was much inferior to the detonation time… we could land several like mines to get more terrain control.

The when struck made it completely useless for me being hit once per second alone kinda guarantees that I’ll be under 75% percent life in no time anyways… I really don’t see usage on this trait anymore, unless it removes the condition you where hit with right away. … triggers on AOE condi wells? … this change also guarantees that covered condis will be indeed covered.

Yea, when struck makes it totally not worth taking, hitting an opponent would be much better.

I wonder why the squishiest of the squishies has so many on struck traits/skills…

Go big or go home! Take Fire/Air and go full glass with Scholar runes!

DS is useless for glassy build now. Who wants to get hit for 4k just so you can remove a condition?

Just tested it out. It was a bad as I feared. You have to be physically hit while above 75% health. It is absolutely useless now.
