I saw 2 people leap and jump to a higher place in a jump puzzle. But i am a level 26 elementalist, and i only have a teleport which can’t be used to wherever i want.

So isn’t elementalist has disadvantage? Is there a leap skill? And if not, why teleport only works where i can walk? Whats the meaning of teleport then.

No ele leap will let you shortcut to a higher point. You can jump and Ride the Lightning to get over gaps that just jumping would work (assuming the landing point is below where you are jumping from), but ele does not have the abilities given to the almight warriors and guardians.

Teleports have some funny pathing and only work on connected areas to prevent getting places you shouldn’t be able to.

I suggest you get used to your ele having disadvantages. The whole class is nothing but a handicap.

You can use Conjure Lightning Hammer, and the second skill that the lightning hammer has (lightning leap), to leap the same distance as a sword warrior.

Also, conjure fire axe has a slightly shorter range leap, but is in general less useful than Lightning Hammer. If you are lvl 26, it is a great skill to pick up when you can, so I would try to get Lightning Hammer asap and you can also use it a lot to level.

But I love Engineer’s Rifle #5 Great for jumping puzzle. Very accurate Jump-to-Target Area.

it’d be cool if windborne speed was a leap forward
