Just traipsing through forums, when I came across this by J.Sharp:

You could make a case that Mesmers have a hard time in a hard condition meta, and I think a lot of people would agree with you. They have counters to conditions, but a lot of players don’t like to run those in standard Mesmer setups.”

I`ve not been anywhere near battlegrounds for ages because of the mess this game & ele balance is in general, but here he all but says 7/8 classes are okay (even though he counted warrior twice failol), yet doesn`t dignify any comments about the one he left out, the ele`.

Know I shouldn`t be surprised, but meh!

I recall folk complaining that tanky ele were hard to kill (imagine that, a tank, tough to kill…..) but it seems they`re al but non-existant these days.

Fingers crossed this means they know they screwed up & will revert/fix some things.

For some reason I see a ton of posts in sPvP threads that mention every class BUT ele… I rarely see another class left out when all others are brought up, but it happens with us on a regular basis from what I’ve seen.

However at least in your post engies are left out too… I think he was implying that eles and engies are in the top 6, with warrior and mesmer being the ones left out.

Eles aren’t in such a bad state as these forums make it seem.
