Do these Ele speed buffs stack? If so, just how fast would you be?

Windborne Dagger- Move 15% faster when weilding a dagger (Arcana 20 points)
Zepher’s Speed- Move 10% faster while attuned to Air (Air 5 points)
One with Air- Move 5% faster every 10 seconds you are attunded to air (Air 20 points)

Yes but you cant ahieve more than 33%. Thats one staff air 4. Or dd aura w zephyrs boons

No, they don’t stack.
Plus: Windborne Dagger is bugged, doesn’t work at all. One with Air is strange too. Only thing working seems to be One with Air.
So your max. movement Speed should be 110% (or 130% if you have a speedbuff)

Only the highest one is active.
Best simply ignore all the traits that give you a fixed speed buff, the Arcane Power trait, Staff Earth #2 followed by Staff Air #5, Staff Air #4, Dagger Air #5 or [Zephyr’s Boon] should be more than enough to have (almost) constantly Swiftness on you.
