For sigils that activate on weapon swap does the game treat changing attunements like a weapon swap (thereby activating those sigils)?

Can’t recall exactly but i believe Sigil of Renewal doesn’t work on the ele, or it didn’t may have been fixed – correct me if im wrong please!!

Not only attunements, but also conjures work in this fashion. Do note, however that the ICD on the swap sigils is longer than your typical time between attunement swaps, so it will only proc sporadically.
