I’ll 2nd some of the OP’s points. Mist Form is indeed still a 75s CD in WvW/PvE. Magnetic Grasp is still crap when the enemy is moving. Sadly, the ‘fix’ bugs but cripple us more each time. Sad to see really.
The OP is right, NovaBlue. Turn on the cooldown timer and you will see that mist form still recharges for 75 seconds when you have cantrip mastery on. The tooltip changes but the actual CD time does not. I tested it over and over again last night.
