Guild Wars 2

I just tried out an Glass Cannon Dual Dagger build on my lvl20 Ele which had been on the shelf because I got very bored of the Staff builds (and was leveling my Ranger instead and learning how to move around).

I have to say it was the most fun I have had for a while. It is a very risky build, a few mistakes and I’m dead, but when I’m playing it well I kill faster than any other class I’ve ever tried.

So my current build is almost all in Power/Precision, with Sigil of Bloodlust, Rune of Mesmer and I forget but other Runes that are mainly + Power/Precision.

My Trait points are 10 in Air Magic for mobility.

Typically my strategy is to Ride the lightning into the mob use attack #2, 3 and autoattack 1,and if it is weak just strafe around it until it is dead. If it is strong or there are multiple mob, I switch to Fire and just burn everything while circle strafing.

FYI, most mob die within 1-2 seconds with my current build so I don’t think a condition build is helpful. In fact it is very funny to see my mob die before staff eles even get to finish casting at them.

In Kessex Hills most of the time ATM.

Now that I’m getting a few more Trait points I’m wondering where best to put them to be a bit less Glass Cannony. Any tips and also strategies would be much appreciated. (lvl 20-30 Ele, no high level build/tips pls)
