It was actually really good pre-HoT. But given how good auras are when you get full traits for them, I agree that this has been pretty much standard.
If it’s something that gives more vitality, it will be a GM trait to make it in line with Guardians. I’d prefer something that applies chill offensively and increases chill duration.
It’s good in Matthias fight.
Put it in Fire line in place of “burning fire” which no longer makes any sense without the extra might on cantrip usage.
OR
Nerf soothing ice to not give a free regen proc. Just the aura alone would be good, and can be traited to give regen with tempest.
It isn’t a bad trait, just competing with a trait that does the same thing, just more and better.
droping ICD and adding 5 sec vigor and we get one good trait.
