this trait is utterly stupid – dodging is an important part of both pve and pvp – it would make more sense if this trait boosted your damage when your endurance is below 50%
In PvE this trait is taken for speedkill builds (0/25/25/20/0)
Other than that I guess you could make it work with a sigil of energy: swap attunement right after dodges, optimal if done at most every 10s.

That’s fine (although, I don’t know how said classes feel about it) but all the more reason to change it – increase diversity!
@Zelyhn, fair enough (I’ll admit that’s not my play-style so I’m a little bias) but ele’s do have other options for that. Also, (from interviews etc.) I know Anet prefer mechanics that favour the community at large (pve/pvp/wvw) instead of a small portion of players – so this could be worth the change (even if its a nerf i.m.o)
it’s a burst trait like the +damage when above 90% health.

Except it’s in the toughness/condition damage line at the Grandmaster tier. Nothing about this trait is worth the investment. You’d get significantly better burst by utilizing other trait lines, and the defense you’d get from grabbing this trait can’t make up for that with the current state of things.
This trait works for those staff eles who play style is staying in the back; keeping range.

Warrior is only 3% Damage.

Other professions have those traits as major, optional, traits or the line will have other traits that provide endurance management, synergy. The only reason Anet may have thought this trait made sense in earth is because “high armor” and “good defensive traits” from the earth line make dodging less necessary.

I feel like this is a joke, but I’ll respond to it seriously anyway.
3% more damage in the power line of the profession that deals the most power-based damage is worth more than 10% more damage in the toughness line of the elementalist.
Do ANY of these 5%/10% more damage traits work on Condition Damage?

No, only direct damage.

He thinks warriors are pretty much balanced as-is.
