I’ve been encountering quite a few elementalists that seem to be bunkers but can still deal damage at a fast pace. What is this new build?

More than likely just the basic build with Cele stats.Nothing to new about it. its been around for a long time. It is just the basic (normally) 0/0/4/4/6 or some times 0/0/6/4/4 or some variation and they would normally grab Might on swap sigil and high might stacking Runeset.

Yeah! He said he used celestial stats. How can I fight against it really
