Guild Wars 2

So I’ve been trying to find out the best stats for a lvl 80 Ele along with my build. Right now I’ve been trying out different weapon combos and found D/D, S/D and Staff may be class to what I want to use. My problem is I have no idea what my stats should look like.

Personally I would like some of my stats like:
15k health
2.5k armor
2k power.

Although this might sound balanced to me, I haven’t really found any easy way of doing this. I want to be able to do good damage while being able to take a little bit in case my dodges/skill rotation isn’t perfect.

TL;DR
What type of weapon/armor/trinket combos are there for balanced between PvE/WvW? I don’t mind having 1-2 different armor sets but I would like to have similar trinkets if i must switch.
