Ele Video WvW updated*
I noticed that you tend to just button mash. How do I tell? Because several times you’ve just hit chill, ring of fire, magnetic grasp, etc after a common combo or attunementswap. Therefore, you’ve missed the target (by a wide margin) and wasting valuable skills. You need to actively think about the skills you use, so you can strategize and effectively land down combos.
Also, I feel you didn’t use your utility spells to their fullest potentials. It took you about 6 seconds to down the flamethrower engie after he hit 5% hp – simply teleporting him and attacking him with any of your attunement spells or arcane blast would’ve finished him off neatly (and skillfully). Also, there was that one time when you were in earth attunement and fire was open, and the engie at about 40% hp – you could’ve used earthquake, teleport, and land to knock him down, then fire attunement to finish him off.
Overall, nice video, interesting build. I see you went for a more damage-oriented build, and I like it! (Running a similar build, but with D/F).
Everyone needs a little optimism!
^ Exactly my thoughts, because I tend to play like this too. Last week I’ve been trying to polish my play style a bit, including using my skills properly and moving only so much needed in a given situation. Personaly I tend to over react and get very excited when the fight starts, which makes me smash buttons without thinking. I took a step back ankittenrying to play calmly, which results in overall better performance as you have enough time to think before you do.
Nice video tough, I like the offensive style.

Hey thx for the feedback i can see where I hit some skills and miss which is bound to happen but to answer the flamethrower engie after he hit 5% hp part. I droped down to like 1-2k hp so wanted to wait till i got a lil more hp back also I like saving my utility for when I need to get away(mostly telepot), like the fight right after to get away to get some more hp. I seen the the lil azure coming so i saved it.

I enjoyed your video quite alot, and has actually pushed me to trying GC D/D Normally i stay in my bunker build just because it adapts fine for WvW but i got some good insight on your video. Keep up the good work! Hope to see more.

Thanks a lot for the comment Brutelas. I usally try to keep a min of 15 arcane/ 10 air and 15 water then go from there for specs.
