Lately when i come out of mist form on downed i seem to have 0% health. Seriously just 0% health.
And this isn’t only when i get my last penalty.

It should set you to the health you were at before you used the skill. Seems to be working fine for me, even though it’s obviously not as good as it was prior to the patch.
