Ele for fraktals and raids
Elementalist is a very popular class for fractals/raids. They are among the highest damage classes in the game as well as having the option to bring healing and support. They’re also a lot of fun to play, albeit fairly complicated compared to some of the other classes.
They are very useful in any game-mode and are in high demand, the builds you listed are always popular.

Can I play ele in the fractals where only condi dmg is viable ?
I almost got my full ascended gear from pvp and I plan to buy zerk but it will be useless for the condi fractals so yeah do I need another class here ?
There aren’t any condi fractals.
but yes, you can run a condi build that does good damage

Zerker ele do more dps than condi even in t4.
T4 fractals. Thera are two main types of party (in LFG system) condi n power. No condi fractals!!!
Viper necro is not god for power party, power ele is okish for every party. Ele is awsm for pure zerk party. Almost every speedrun video has zerk ele with scholar runes.
used to be that high scale fractal mobs had more armor, but not anymore
