Rebound instantly bringing you back from the dead while downed? More info in description.
For those who don’t want to watch, Ele rebound works on downed mistform on another Ele and isntantly revives you with high health, no matter your downed penalty.

Working as intended. Read the tooltips; it says it prevents fatal damage. Mist form deals a fatal damage to put you back to the downstate.

Its logic. If it stays that way it makes rebound very powerful in tempest groups.
I am not shure this was intended. I guess not but i am not shure if it´s OP. Might finaly make it a powerful elite in a special case…

well not a lot of teams run 2 tempests anyway

This is not working as intended obviously. It prevents fatal damage while you’re still alive and shouldn’t get you up from downstate in any situation. They probably just didn’t think of the way how mistform in downstate works. When you use mistform in downstate and it ends, you take all the damage to match your previous hp in downstate since when in mistform you don’t count as downed.

That is not instant. It waits Misform the expire. Fix pls

Thats clear, but i am not shure if this “Bug” can be declared as “Feature” :-).
If this leads to 4/5 tempest groups its bad and has to be removed.
