Guild Wars 2

So I was playing my ele in pvp and I could not kill a thing. I was out-healed by guardians, out-damaged by thief , and just couldn’t kill anything else. Am I doing something wrong? I run double dagger and I have a good spec. Any ideas?

The thing is, there is already other classes that can do everything ele can do but better. Ele cannot condi, they can burst(but they can only do it no sustain damage really), and all the other classes have better traits imo. I have gotten many titles on my ele, and I feel like we just are sub-par. Why go ele when you can <insert class name here>.
