First of all this grandmaster minor trait even in a power line would be bad, because it only gives damage when endurance is full (which is almost never the case). But most importantly, why is it in the toughness and condition line? I have often pondered going 25 or 30 in earth, but both the minor and major traits are so bad that I have absolutely no motivation.

If you ask me, the trait should give 5-10% condition damage when endurance is NOT full (similar to the actually useful warrior trait stick and move). It even fits better with the name since condition damage “endures”.

No thank you, I like my free 10% damage for staff in PvE and have taken effort to learn to rely solely on burning retreat.

In terms of damage traits stacking, 25 earth is very trait point efficient through Stone Splinters, Serrated Stones and this.

Also, Enduring Damage makes more sense in that you’re supposedly tanking hits.

Quasi-elitist dungeoneer and missing Gw1 GvGs greatly.

From the name “Enduring Damage” why not changed it to a 10% damage reduction while endurance is full.

That would make a lot more sense for the trait line, trait name, and quite frankly tanking instead of dodging. Just my 2 cents.

It’s an o.k. trait, if a little boring. It has some nice synergy with renewing stamina and energy sigils. Taking this minor allows you take energy sigils over blood-lust sigils as a viable way to improve both defense and offense.

Also I think they wanted it to be synergistic between Earth’s signet traits and Arcane Energy.

OP,
I consolidated all the Ele traits into one spreadsheet screenshot. Click this to see the thread. It is the first attachment. Look at how many traits are wastefully dedicated to one attunement. Add to that sum the traits that were intentionally disabled without a replacement trait, like Windborne Dagger . You made this thread to suggest a fix to an iffy design decision that is not broken. I am sad to inform you that they do not care.
