Basically Ether Renewal should be fused with Glyph of Elemental Harmony so you gain the boon/s based on which attunement you use it in. Probably increase the base cooldown on it from 15sec to 20 sec.

Maybe you could even just remove the Glyph of Elemental Harmony all together since it’s not likely being used much, and ether is stronger and would gain boon from attunement anyways through the trait in Air.

If you make Ether Renewal into a cantrip, then cantrip builds will just dominate the playerbase. While adding it into the glyphs will make glyphs more desirable since even with the proposed changes they’re not very likely to be taken or used in many builds.
