What stats are you running?

Without might but full stacks i like my condi somewhere around 1.3 to 1.5
Power 2.2k
Healing around 500 for SoR or 300 if ER
AF 2.6k to 2.8k
Crit – Min. without fury 30%
Crit damage – 180

Also runes and sigils. Like legion/balt/perplexity. Sigil +20% burn. Food – condi. /standard.

I still use my strength runes, battle/accuracy sigils. Food is toughness + power from toughness. I’m too lazy to make another ascended set for hoelbrak runes. Works very well for me.

Build

I see you condi is 286.

Now what is the acceptable level of condi (after stacks but before might) for the Fire Meta Build

Some say 800 to 1000. Others 1.5k.

Running dire can get you over 2.5k but you hit like a puss.

So what is the condi level a fire dnd meta ele should run?

Oh, I missed the part where you’re asking for the condi fire build. My bad! this is more a power build with the burns being extra pressure.

I’d say if you wanted to emphasize the burning more I’d bump to around 800 to 1000. Sounds about right.

I find bumping it to 1300 gives good added pressure

Celes give basic 7++.

I find that SoR heal regen + Direct damage pressure + How anet messed up condi so therefore using condi pressure = total dps outdoes direct dps. Moreso once guard stack nerf kicks in.
