I found it annoying that Flame Burst is so perfectly only work on target that you’re face torward. Of course it doesn’t annoy at long distance that much, but on very close distance when I basicaly stand on mob, it pops not in line of sight becouse it stands behind me. If I stand on mob it is anyway 0 distance up to 90. So what, that I don’t face it? I can’t be closer to it than that.
Maybe some skills that work only on enemies in front of you in distance 0-90 could be noscope in pve. In pvp and wvw I would remain it w/o changes, cuz it gives basics about how important positioning can be.
PS. Obviously tooltip doesn’t state that it works only on enemies in front of you.
PS2. “Burn foes at a target location.” is description of that one, why not: “Burn foe and others at his location.” or even: " Burst target foe with flames and burn him and other enemies at his location.".
