Guild Wars 2

Hi all.
After witnessing a d/f ele defeat a PU mesmer (note: this was in a wvw – 1v1 duel in the obsidian sanctum) I am quite interested in giving it a try- but before I invest in anything could someone recommend a build (both d/f and s/f would be greatly appreciated).

Same build as you use for D/D……..I go 0/10/10/20/30

S/F:

Same build as you use for S/D.
I don’t use scepter.
