I have used pretty much the same build since launch, and it included one with air trait which was now changed and thus my way of getting speed was destroyed. Also as the blasting staff trait was now buffed, I’ve started thinking about perhaps changing my oldschool build. My old build:

Yeah it has no condi removal and heals and what not, but the idea was to build a max damage staff elementalist (with the exception of divinity runes and 10 points in earth). I did not see the need for blasting staff trait before, and i was able to keep swiftness up with one with air trait. As the situation has changed, I have thought about a build like this:

This build now has even lower survivability, and less dps (dont think it counts the 35% higher boon duration though), but instead the staff aoe’s are bigger, i can attunement swap faster and i can run fast without being in air element. Still, less dps means I am sad.
Any thoughts on how to improve a full glass cannon build like this while easily maintaining swiftness? I don’t really like attunement dancing while out of combat in order to get swiftness, or to use the signet ^^ Also ideas on how to improve the DPS are welcome!
