Has anyone else notice when you execute lightning flash with fgs skil 4 to create that small area of concentrated damage towards your opponent…you will get hit with some of its damage? This is in wvw against other players. It has happened to me for the past 3 days. I have no conditions on me, my enemy doesn’t have retaliation yet my heath goes down as quick as my opponent when i execute this combo. It doesn’t always happen so it gets me by surprise when it does.

It happened again.. now in pve ac path 3 while destroying a nest…..

Yes.

It’s a bug.

Both the damage being reflected, and lightning flashing to keep fiery rush stationary.

This doesn’t happen to me: can u specify how u trigger that bug?

maybe it’s “falling-damage” because you blink-rushed down a hill?

It doesn’t always happen but when it does it is a double edge combo where about half of its damage is reflected back to you instead of your opponent.

It’s not retaliation even when it happens on pve against a nest where there’s not a single mob…. I understand very few execute this combo but if you keep trying it on a mob or opponent in wvw it will happen.

1. answer: I get my opponents while they are moving forward or straffing with this combo, don’t need them to stand still. During this time frame of 1-2 secs you opponent take a lot of damage and now with this bug you too sometimes.

I haven’t had this happen yet when glitching the 4, but I’ve only been using FGS for a little while.
