Level 80 Elementalist, experienced player in pvp, trying out pve for now.
20% higher health gain is quite nice. If they revert cleansing water’s trait too, I can see cantrip builds using this over ether renewal.
Unless focus gets a RTL we can’t say Ele is fine my friends. Not everyone uses off hand dagger we must remember. A RTL buff will greatly help off hand for sure.

Ele buff? Never. You must be reading it wrong.
-Normalized Signet of Restoration. It now heals in PvE as much as it heals in PvP.
oZii : Of course, I understand not everyone plays D/D. I should have been more specific, my bad.
But I also agree with you, if focus was reworked, it would be an amazing step. I tried to play D/F long time ago, but there’re too many weak spells on it; and I don’t think it synergizes well.
