So i’ve been playing Heart of Thorns for some time now (haven’t finished the story yet) and i’ve completed the training for Tempest, i’ve gained the Tempest Loop and got multiple Warhorns for the specialization.
That’s where i get stuck, i CAN’T equip a warhorn as it tells me it requires the elite specialization Tempest. But i’ve completed the training, is there anything else i NEED to do to be able to become one?
I’ve searched the internet but can’t find an answer. (Maybe i’m just dumb for missing the most obvious reason, but help would be appreciated anyways :P)

Equip the Tempest specialization from the traits menu.
You have to equip the elite spec in the 3rd traitline. This is the only place it will show up.
