I know its not the best build, i know there are some really strong builds that do lot of dps.
(build is intended for dungeons mostly….and expecially for pug runs…..thus i don t want to rely on Others that much)

Unfortunately the last thing i find fun in ele is using D/D with evasive arcana….i can t really have fun without it.

But since the original 0/10/0/30/30 have been nerfed to Death (not that was ever been strong in PvE) i’d need some more DPS.
Expecially 30 points in water are no longer useful, but 15 or 20 maybe?

(nb i somehow find scepter extremely boring so don t suggest me to swap dagger for scepter).

Also while we are here.
I ‘d like to know if there is any build around for WWW that is balanced in both roaming and zergs but doesn’t use Scepter.
(i don t plan on using same build for WWW and PvE obviously)

GW2 balance:
A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.

there are better builds with lots of boon duration. they are way better. but i’m still working on one.. i’m playing this for roaming at this time + in dungeons

That is the old bunker build :/

I happily used it for months until nerfs made 30 water underperforming and dps lacking….
