Guild Wars 2

Hi,
I’m a solo roamer in Ring Of Fire, i usually log in only my mesmer.
My guild mates asked me to join them in guild wvw, so in the last 10 days i used my mesmer with them.
I tried the ele for a night (ele was my first class, i won 100+ tournies with him and had world completion ecc. ecc.) and actually felt really fun to play with staff.
I have to choose between mesmer and ele for the wvw with my guild while i’ll stay with mesmer for solo roaming. (i have a warrior too but i prefer casters instead of melee in zergs).
so i would like to understand what could be a good build in gvg.
I have soldier armor with clerics amulets, and i tried this 2 builds:
1) build 1
2) build 2

I would like to receive suggestions about:
-traits
-sigil on the staff (bloodlust or on swap?)
