Hello, I’m trying to find how I should go with my build and thought we could have a discussion!

So, I’m interested in D/D mainly or D/x at the very least (liking the dagger skills)…and I was wondering if the Rune of Exuberance is actually good. I like being able to survive and also being able to do a pretty good amount of damage.

So with Exuberance I was thinking something like Soldiers (PVT), Valkyries (PVF), maybe Marauder (PPFV)?
Would something like that have enough damage or survivability or actually none of those? :p What do you guys think?

Also no idea about the build, I’m currently running Fire/Arcana/Water but that’s mainly cause I just got back to GW2 and I found that one and I’ve been using it.

P.S.: I know people will be asking if it’s for PVE or PVP but it’s for both but mostly PVE, I’ve checked the forums recently so I know what’s going on with the Elementalists but maybe we can find another fun build! Thanks for reading.

Rune of Exuberance:
(1): +25 Vitality
(2): 3% of Vitality is converted to Healing power.
(3): +50 Vitality
(4): 5% of Vitality is converted to Precision.
(5): +100 Vitality
(6): 7% of Vitality is converted to Power.

I like doing exotic builds. I feel it fits best to a fresh air tempest like that.
Gear might be not to easy but its funny to be an ele with such high HP :-)

I have the feeling this build can pull of quite amazing fights and surprises.
Food can be also power based no precsion oil.
23k HP and 3 Life drains plus aura heal migh get some long fights.
It also should make enough damage. Overload air for havoc.
In earth you are hellish tanky.

yes. Celestial is still top tier for eles.

For PVP I don’t think that Rune works very well. Basically the best Rune choices Runes IMO for a Bruiser cele Tempest (which I believe to be by FAR the strongest Tempest).

I see, I don’t disagree with you, just trying to see what others think of that rune set cause it looked like it could have potential, not like “new meta potential”, but maybe something worth building into!
