Hi so I’m pretty noob at this game, and was just wondering what some optimal gear combinations for a d/d ele in WvW. I heard celestial armour is really good but have been reading up and a general consensus is that its not that optimal for WvW only king in PvP. I have seen Serane’s d/d ele build and actually have the stat combination in exotic. I have also looked at the meta build website which actually recomends cele. The reason i ask being, i’m looking to commit to crafting an ascended set of armour. Should i just go with Serane’s build or should I go with something else? Or is it too early for me to be considering ascended if I’m this confused about what to craft and should just experiment more with different sets before committing to ascended.
It’s a combination of personal prefferences and wether you want to go zerg or roam. In general i’d say pick as many celestial gear without kittening up your power (toughness aswell incase of zerging) :p. The base raw power+toughness you want to have depends on your playstyle+zerg/roam <3
