I have some questions for you regarding Elementalist specc, weapon and gear.

Im a lvl 80 elemenstalist playing with staff and “CoF geard” ( the one with power, precison and Conditiondmg i think.)

My question is, what is the prefferd build for a PVE elementalist playing dungeons and some WvWvW?
Wich gear/stats should i focus on? Wich weapon?

And one general question, does my trident/under water mask stats count even when im not under water?

The underwater stats dont’ work when not underwater, and that’s more imporatnt, your hood and staff don’t apply underwater, so you should get a rune for your water breather if you’re going for a set.

As of the stats, you have two main diffferent choices. You can go support/tanky with Toughness/Healing Power/ Power or you can go Berserkrs and be a glass cannon but do larger amounts of damage.
