Guild Wars 2

Hey dudes, I currently play a Bunker engi but want to switch it up a bit. I’m looking for a high skill cap class with a lot of utility and tricks, packaged with good damage.

How is the Elementalist in this role? What are some of the pros and cons to the class?

Most specifically, what is it YOU wish you had known before rolling one? Thanks for your time and help.

I wish i’d known about DD before playing past level 80 with a staff! They are great because their play is always active, and not just button mashing, oh and ride the lightning is the best thing ever! AND it feels great getting out of jail free every time I use a cantrip!

I have a 80 Guardian, Theif, Mesmer and now Elly and I must say they all have fun aspect too them. the DD Elly build is SO much fun though! I recommend one.

I wish i had rolled other professions before ele…my alts wouldn´t feel so bring if i had.

Ele´s are great, you won´t be dissapointed…well except on the damage department.

Ele is by far the most fun I’ve had on any class. I love the skill ceiling and just how mobile and active it’s combat is with D/D.

And animation wise I think ele is the most aesthetic :p
