Basically for dungeons/fracts, but it may work in wvw or something to, anyways the idea is to stay in water attunement when you use hammer for the vulnarability/20 extra dps. I tried it last night and it seemed good, but I dont have tempest yet so im guessing tempest may be better since it doesnt seem like a main build.
outdone by tempest builds
fresh air and lightning whip were both buffed a bit anyway. wouldn’t be surprised if non-tempest fresh air outdamages it now.
It has excellent burst though. Can’t beat ring of fire→phoenix→fire grab for burst.
