I’m not at max level yet (only 50), but lately I’ve been feeling like, when I’m in low level areas and I get downleveled I’m significantly weaker than whe I’m in same-level areas as I am. I died twice today just trying to complete events in less than two hours and I’m (or atleast I feel like I’m doing) doing less damage to mobs and can’t burn them down as quickly as before. I changed armor recently, and specced a few more of those stats into Power, rather than Condition Damage, but I don’t think it should make that much of a difference.

Does anyone else feel much weaker on an Ele at lower (effective) level than higher levels?

isn’t that the whole point of lowering effective level so your effectively the same level as the mobs/other people playing in those areas.. As in tended to stop people at a higher level going around 1 shotting mobs destroying the fun for others

just go full Strong sets till 80 thats power and precision and get vigor accessorys thats Power and vit trust me i did this and made it to 80 with no problem and go 0/10/0/30/30 u can pretty much solo champs with this and probably 3 vettys if you know how to dodge anyway just keep on ur toes and dont stop moving lol

Weird, I’m feeling stupidly strong on low levels, I’m killing lvl 14 mobs while being lvl 7/8 or so (with white/blue gear). Practice the most effective rotations in the mists and Just focus on unlocking the skills asap, that really helped me. My brother’s Ele is 50 and is not getting your problem either, he’s wearing green gear though (like best in slot for his level).
