You realize that you aren’t the one actually taking down the players in that video? All the dmg burst are coming from off screen while you flail around in air staff trying to stay alive.

This video is great. Seven minutes of video and I saw maybe 3 attunement switches total. You spend the entire game in air auto attacking and still dying to random AoE, while your team does all the work. Didn’t use any of staff’s AoE or support, just kind of stood there auto attacking. You’re lucky your team knew what they were doing, because I think anyone in your situation would have been hard pressed to be more useless to the team than you were.

“facerolled” – yeah i must say, by the looks of your playstyle you really didnt do anything else but smash your head on the keyboard.

This guy cant be seriouse…..I would be so embarressed if i posted a video like this on the internet.

First scene, almost dies to aoe’s and a pet without being ff’d. No need to try to prove anything after that…

And yes… I’ll agree that if you are in a group where your side consistently outnumbers the other side and your side has good players… yes, we are definitely overpowered. 0_o

What I find hilarious is that even with all the cards stacked in your favor… your health hovered at 1k for quite a while.

Normally I somewhat defend folks saying “Ele is fine, L2P,” (because the class isn’t “the sky is falling” bad) but you sir, have no room to talk here.

Man, those were some nice 1.5k to 1.7k auto-attack crits you were pumpin’ out as you stay in Air attunement ONLY for the entire first minute of the video. At around 1:01 you switch to water to get a small heal off (wow, you healed yourself back to almost 1/3rd life, that’s HUGE!!!) and then proceeded to pump out MASSIVE DAMAGING ATTACKS of around 500 before you died around 1:30.

You sir, are a terrible elementalist and a detriment to your team in that video. Grats on getting carried. If you intent was to prove how overpowered Ele’s are, you failed, and failed miserably.

Just tried pvp and wow, staff is an absolute joke in spvp, the situation is even worse than the last beta where i lost my will to pvp. No i am not a glass cannon and no don’t tell me to use cleric/shaman amulet.

I’d honestly much rather a serious video with a player actually trying to do well and then coming on here and posting a video and telling us all to L2P, because we might actually get something out of a video like that. But the fact that you spent the time to roll an Ele, PvP with it, and make and upload such a bad video and such a dumb and obvious troll… how bored are you?

I’d be more inclined to believe he’s a troll, and a bad one at that.

If his intent was sarcasm, it would have been far more effective to post a video of an Ele swapping attunements, using all the tools at his/her disposal, effectively dodging attacks, and generally playing well while still being roflstomped by a heartseeker spamming Thief (“#2, #2, #2 like a boss.”).

Hes not being sarcastic, he had done this sort of terrible videos all the time in Rift trying to prove anyone that complain about their class is wrong, and failed in every attempt.

Considering he somehow managed to get the highest individual score out of them all…
Don’t look at individual scores, they don’t really reflect on the player’s skill at all. ^^;

When you quote book it’s more important to name the Book , then you can name the character after it if you wish.

I really liked the part where he swapped to Water only after spending a few minutes randomly flailing and hoping for his heal to come back up. Then he used Water for DPS while staying at full health. I just… I can’t even.
