Eles cannot get stealth; that would be unbalanced, regardless of what other two specs you get. Portal doesn’t make sense. Slow doesn’t quite fit the class. So, no, you won’t get any of those, you will get silly overloads.

And we can’t run D/D underwater, so maybe it’s fine there. Since only about 2% of all gameplay (to give a generous estimate) takes place underwater, though, I’m not sure it matters much either way.
I main Ele and Necro, though I have an alt of each profession at level 80.
