I need a D/D build
Classic D/D with runes of strength and sigils energy/battle seems pretty stronk to me if you know how to keep your might up (soldier amulet).I have minimum 11 stacks most of the time
Tried also 0/30/0/10/30
So much fun with the interrupts.Used celestial amulet on this one,but i guess soldier works aswell.I could burst someone down when they didn’t expect it but i would get destroyed if ganked by more than 2.

Attunement switching is the same for Sigil procs. Meaning ele has the most weapon switches of any class.
And what kind of armour I should use in general(PvE , WvW
for pvp the current build im using is, 0/6/6/2/0 with d/d. celestial trinket, and runes of strength. give it a go and see what you think. (tempest defense and stone heart for GM’s)
Currently running 0/0/2/6/6 with Runes of Strength, Sigil of Battle and Energy, Valkyrie Amulet.
Have issues with good thieves (3/4 of them I have no issues) and with not being able to kill full bunker Guards. Don’t die to anything 1v1 that I don’t want to, with enough mobility to run when I need to and stick when I don’t.
0/0/30/20/20 is pretty useful against all the condition spammers and pretty tanky against everyone else. you’ll need traveler runes since it lacks speed otherwise. traits are, elemental shielding, rock solid, diamond skin in earth. whatever you feel like in water really, you have quite a few choices. I was using vital striking and cantrip mastery. And renewing stamina and elemental attunement in arcana.
Here are 2 specs:
0/0/6/2/6
amulet: celestial
sigils: battle + energy
runes: strength
Earth: stone splinters, rock solid, stone heart
Water: cantrip mastery or soothing mist
Arcana: Renewing stamina, ele attunement, evasive arcana
Heal: ether renewal
Utils: lightning flash + your choice
This build is better vs. power and burst, but gives less group-fighting support via condi clears. It can also have a tough time vs. condi engies or if necros corrupt your stab while healing. Pretty good brawler spec, takes more skill to use.

If you take celestial, you have more health and precision (to proc vigor), making you better vs. condi, but have less toughness so you have to be more on-point to avoid burst. I would take glyph of ele power if you do celestial, as the burns from fire are GREAT pressure vs. burst classes (like thieves) once you stack up might. If you need to support in a team-fight, pop glyph in water or air to load up chills/weakness on the opposing team, depending on if they are condi/power based. If you take Valkyrie’s, you could also give up renewing stamina for windborne dagger or arcane mastery if you don’t go any points in air (as your crit chance is almost entirely due to fury).
Why do you use sigil of energy? For me permaswiftness is fine to do you whatever I want to do and still have some dodge for spare. Isn’t it better to use bloodlust to compensate non-berserk ammy?
I also have doubts about signet. D/d ele already have nice sustain but kinda susceptible to bursts, isn’t it better to use glyph to quickly come back to decent heath and get some nice protection/regen/might? Risky, surely, but still. As far as I tried even renewal feels better that signet,
