And holy moly was I wrong. Ive seen it’s power in pvp but I necro in pvp and the burning never stacked high on me. I’ve been bored of ele in pve so today I decided to try sinister burning build and wow, just wow. Even with Scepter I was getting 7k ticks. I know, I’ve seen burning builds in pvp. I decided to try sinister in pve
But the point is pve equipment makes everything overpowered. You’ll never have burn tick for anywhere near to 7k in PVP. Such ridiculous things are just possible in pve through specific equipments and the overall stat buff compared to pvp.

Its funny having burn guards try to open me with a bunch of burning only to cleanse it while they are out of cooldowns.
