I just started playing again after 8-9 months or something, was playing my D/D Ele and something was odd, flow was bad, I didn’t really get into it, felt somehow tedious.

Then I realized..
RTL and Updraft were both nerfed to 40s.. LOL

RTL is only 40s if you use it as mobility. The CD is 20s if you damage something with it.

They nerfed more than that, unfortunately.

I’m in the same boat as you. I haven’t been on since about February. Now that I’ve come back, my used-to-be-main Elementalist is now played quite infrequently. I play a Guardian now who does roughly the same amount of damage while having about 5x the survivability.

I feel like maybe I just need to rework my build, but I had already invested a bunch of time in the gear for (and learning to play) my current build and don’t feel like redoing it.

The cd is always 40s when you don’t live in America.

RtL got nerfed pretty hard, but Updraft hasn’t really changed much at all if I’m correct. Gale has a longer CD anyway and has nothing over Updraft but range.
