So looking for some thoughts on my potential Elementalist Build

The idea is to use the boon bonuses from the Cantrips to give me DPS from the Water Grand Master passive perk and use Soldiers gear to keep me alive

Any comments/ideas to better are welcome

Bountiful power got nerfed down to 1% per boon a while back. It’s nice compensation for speccing heavy into water, but its no more of a % bonus than the 10% you can get from a variety of other traits.
