Is this trait confirmed working now without a warhorn and on 10sec CD?

In my preliminary testing, I saw magnetic aura fire while using staff in WVW, unclear whether the boon duration increase worked or not.

Dunno where you’re getting a 10 sec CD. It’s 30 secs sans traits unless it’s bugged or something.

Boon duration increase only applies if you have a warhorn equipped. They did change it recently so the Sand Squall effect will trigger regardless of weapons used.

No warhorn needed for that bit.
