Hello, i have been tweaking with a lot of stuff lately regarding Tequatl fight to establish a really heavy damage elementalist build to fight him and any other immune to crit bosses that may come.
But i wanted to ask the community a quick question about a trait:
Internal Fire vs Piercing Shards when using a Conjured Weapon.
Do you gain the damage boost when you use your FGS skills while attuned to Water ?
Also if you have a great build for that kind of encounter, it would be nice to share it, here is mine: HERE
lose 10 points in water and drop it in air for Bolt to the Heart.
i see the point but that doesn’t benefit to the whole fight, the extra vit and heal pow is good to avoid death sometime and keep maximum damage, hard to choose tho !
The best way to avoid death on that fight at least is to stay on the commander so the turrets can buff / cleanse you
Piercing shards is better b/c you also get the 15-point water trait to heal people in your vicinity. The gains from fire are negligible (beyond the trait). Its just as easy to sit in water with a conjure, and let the soothing mist keep ticking as well.
