Hey all, I’ve play a bit of PvP but it is getting quite stale and I want to try a go at WvW. I’ve only played a bit with a soldiers set aging back line staff in a zerg.

I’m about halfway done with celestial armor, but what about weapons and trinkets? Should I go for celestial on those too or do people throw in other stuff? I’m about to make the fractal back piece and need to know if I should choose celestial.

full celestial gives you a really nice set of stats but your power is a bit on the low side.

Does celestial trinkets (ascended) and zerker/valk or soldiers gear work? Trying to avoid making more cele gear its such a pain.

i am personally running a mix between celestial, clerics, berserker and cavaliers.

i could theoretically list down all my stats on each piece but some stat advices foe wvw:

• maximum of ~480 healing power (will get some more through wvw’s borderlands’s bloodlust buff and healing power looses effectivitiy beyond 500)
• ~30+ critical chance, due to perma fury
• ~2000 power and ~200-600 condi damage, with strength or hoelbrak runes + battle sigil & perma fire field blasting both will rise a lot
• ~ 16-18k health (can go higher, atm still will go higher in wvw with the guard stacks… until they are removed)
• ~ 2500-2800 toughness (high protection uptime)

totally don’t need to be heavy on Celestials.
Full Cele Trinkets and the rest just a mix of stats is perfect.

Mix what you have available to you until you reach stats like the guy above me said, which is what like most of the eles are running aorund (more or less).

Around 2k power
17k hp
2500+ tough
30% crit
190% crit dmg
condition dmg and healing power, whatever u get from your celestials.
I would say not to use any gear that boost these stats outside of celestial.

You can have PTV armor with celestial trinkets & you will rock. Just bring sigils of battle & energy/doom
