Q:
Is this good stats?

Its okay if you play a tankier build,
but everything above 300 healing power is useless
you cant avoid 300 healing power if you have a 0/10/0/30/30 build though.
The increase from 0 to 1500 healing power increases your heals by an average amount of lets say 50% (and that would Require you to spec in Healing Power as main stat + 30 water attunement)
Considering the high coulddowns of you heals I consider healing power rather useless (they want to buff the influence on some spells a little, though)
Edit:
Okay now I made a full healing power Build (hope I didnt forget anything)

My Elementalist(150 healing power due to 15 water):
Glyph of Elemental Harmony 5007
Geysir: 2538
Healing Rain: 2975
Signet of Restoration: 217 proc , 3350 heal
Ether Renewal: 5184
Prayer to Dwayna: 6648
Cleansing Wave(with dagger): 1452
Full Healing Power Build:
Glyph of Elemental Harmony 6055
Geysir 3585
Healing Rain 6460
Signet: 357 proc, 4049 heal
Ether Renewal 6858
Prayer to Dwayna: 7836
Cleansing Wave: 2763
Now decide if its really worth sacrificing all other stats …
And if you go PvP healing wont help you that much right now, cause you get molten away by conditions, so condition remove would be more effective (still you get so much that you have no chance at all to remove them, all players playing condition builds right now made me moving to plain stupid zerker burst build again, hence if you bunker you still die to conditions)

Yes thank you, but i wanna heal XD
Here is my 2 cents. In any ele build I like to shoot for a 15k vitality minimum. This is very doable when you are 30 in water. I tend to go for more toughness do to the fact that healing power becomes a more valuable tool the more toughness you have. So if you have alot of condi removal go for a bit more toughness. If your build lacks proper condi removal go for a bit more vitality.
Bad Elementalist
I wanna heal nearby allies not my self :P
Yes, your stats will work but what synergy do you have going on? As Duran proposed in his build by taking Rune of Altruism on each heal skill (not sure of cooldown) you can provide to allies; health, might and Fury.
Now trying to match your stats above and using a variation of Durans build you can have:
http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?fEEQFA2gEmKbsNAQUYyLDFhMS5xM7YDA-jUCBYgAE1AZRCqpRKjFhFRjV1ATXCQraR1uEFRrWIAsjBA-w
In this build I went 0/0/20/20/30 to get stability added into the mix via rock solid.
There are many paths you just have to determine which fits your play style better.
This is what I use for WvW support:
(except I have Exotic Jewelry and not Ascended)
1. This gives me pretty kitten ed good healing power and the ability to make use of it. Regen gets the most effect out of Healing Power and as a stacked buff the most powerful Regen heals others. This means by making our Regen super long (85% duration) this makes our sources of Regen (Elemental Attunement and Healing Rain) very good.
2. Arcane Wave gives us a second chance at a Blast Finisher which is always good for providing AOE Healing, AOE Swiftness or AOE Might for the team. Cleansing Fire is good for clearing multiple conditions (this will clear a ton in one press due to traits) and Stability/Protection from Armor of Earth is pretty handy.
3. Offensively I gave up Crit but didn’t sacrifice Power. Power translates to raw damage and many things in dungeons can’t be hurt by Crits/Conditions anyways. Going Healing Power usually means you end up giving one area or another and I have multiple sets of gear for other play styles. You can get Crit (such as with Magi gear), but with no Crit Dmg it’s kinda pointless.
All around pretty tanky. I’ve survived a lot of Thieves 1v1 in WvW like this which was pretty impressive to me especially cause it’s a staff based build. If it can survive good in WvW with a thief on you, should do good in dungeons since most of the support is AOE and can be given to allies.
Pve, whatever floats your boat, seems like fair enough stats.
Pvp….yea about that….
Wvw
If you´re with decent guild, most of your healing will not come from eles themselves, it´s from the blasts in waters they provide, guardians etc. And as healing power has really really bad returns, i wouldn´t go that route.
With a random zerg yea, sounds fine. Dps approach would propably be more beneficial but any single thing is pretty darn hard to measure in such a chaotic situation.
Small scale healing starts to get more potent as there´s less damage output from enemy compared to giant zerg, but still my personal opinion is that healing power gives too little return for the amount of investment to be worth it.
When soloing you can´t kill anything with that little damage output, but on the brightside you propably won´t die 1v1…ever…maybe you can bore the kitten out of your opponent?
All in all just remember, that even if you don´t have any healing power, you´ll still be healing for a lot. What little extra healing power gives is in my mind overshadowed by the amount of offense you´re losing.

To be honest, the differences are quite a bit larger than I’d expected. On a standard 30 seconds rotation, you’d have something like: Glyph of Elemental Harmony/Geyser/6x Cleansing Wave (from swap and EA dodge).
With your numbers, your actual build would heal for (5007+2538+6x1452=)16257. With the healing build that’d be (6055+3585+6x2763=)26218. That’s almost 10k more without taking into consideration regeneration or soothing mist.
I’m not saying I’m gonna swap over to full healer all of a sudden, but those numbers sure are impressive.

The amount of healing we get is very, very impressive and is actually very noticeable the more you stack healing mostly due to all sources of Cleansing Wave (blast finisher, swap, EA) all gain +100% of healing in WvW/PvE. It isn’t hard if you run the numbers (as has been done in the past) to see the actual differences.
The usual counter arguments towards healing usually revolve around other classes being available and there which isn’t always the case. I honestly see very few shout healing warriors for all they are talked about. Also outside of organized groups, very rarely do Guardians run around bashing Water fields to blow up AOE heals and if we’re talking about organized groups they typically have their own builds they want you to run.
I mean if I can out heal/out CC a thief and survive I think that says a lot of how strong the healing is.
Yes thank you, but i wanna heal XD
You should play a Priest then, to be honest
Did you at least looked on the cooldowns of the healing spells? And consider that the group will have one less damage-dealing person.
Thats exactly what I mean
@ThiBash
10k , thats if you manage to get cleansing wave 6 times and afaik the evasive arcana version is weaker than the one in you skill interface, okay you get healing rain as well.
But in Order to Archieve that i chose Healing Power as Main Stat, precission as secondary stat even using the Lightning trait to convert 5% to healing power.
So this numbers are in fact not impressive considering how much armor/hp/dmg you sacrifize to obtain them.
I personally like to go 10 or 15 in water, for cleansing wave and attunementswap-heal.
Well in PvP i swapped to plain stupid 30/30/10/0/0 again, cause till Condition Dmg is nerfed(will probably happen oct. 15., reduced to 5 stacks at max) youre just laughed at with any Bunker Build, meaning conditions melt you faster than you can heal / cleanse against, and your not even doing dmg to your opponents.
Just have to find the balance. I don’t play anything but D/D and Staff. I think you sacrifice less if you slot in celestial trinkets to get SOME healing power but unless you want to be all about not dying and also not doing damage then I wouldn’t go full clerics ever.
I run 0/0/20/20/30 with 75% boon duration fury 3.5 secs a swap, stability 3.5 secs swap into earth attunement. The fury was the big thing for me since I don’t have 10 air.
I looked at different setups and my opinion is shoot around 300-400 healing (which is easy to do if you slot celestial trinkets in there or run 30 water) then I run 1 cav ring a cav back and will probably end up at 2 cav rings.
Just my personal view is ele gets alot of sources of healing coming in all at the same time if they choose. So you don’t have to go crazy on healing power like other classes.
If you really really want extra healing power run sigil of life. You get might easy, crit chance isn’t to hard to come by with 10 air I don’t even run 10 air and feel I keep fury up pretty good I never stay in a attunement long anyway. Or if you want extra personal healing run Mango pies for 85 per second. Which is better imo than just adding healing power from food.
I have 1 off hand dagger with life sigil 1 with bloodlust sigil. I can keep 13 stacks of might for a whole fight pretty easily so more often than not I run the life over the bloodlust.
@duran EA cleansing wave is the same as the skill. At least in WvW it is.

I haven’t actually tried the omnomberry ghosts which would increase my crit chance also. Guess I will try these out today.
