Ive been having great succes with this build. You support your melee train and you dish out loads of damage.

We run melee only in WvW.

Minstrel’s Aura share isn’t actually the worst idea. You won’t be doing damage, but you will be a force multiplier.

All those new armours require a massive PvE grind, which isn’t going to happen from me.

Focus vs warhorn… There was a big argument about that last night in chat. You think Focus is a better option?

You can also choose to get some Valkery/magi/Soldier armor I guess.

I can give you a whole page long rant about why Focus is the best weapon in the game and warhorn is the worst. I want to keep things simple though.

You should always go for focus. If you want the rant anyway I can give it via PM or ingame.

auramancer works well with a mix of cleric and soldier, you need to get your HP bit higher than the basic or you’d melt in one burst.

WH or focus, I’d go with WH if the group lacks water fields but with focus you have some nice utility skills and invul which is incredible when kitten happens.

While i play focus in WvW and PvP warhorn is good in PvE.

Something like this might work. The +33% boon duration on weapon swap sigil is a better choice then renewal if you can afford it / dont mind grinding a little. Run with a rev in your group and make sure he keeps up that +50% boon duration buff to get the most out of this build. If you want a little more tankiness then switch out your weapons for cavaliers or whatever. If your group runs really tight and coordinated then rune of durability is the best choice for frontliners, and if you choose this rune drop the +33% boon sigil and grab nopalitos saute food.
