I’ve heard that lingering elements doesn’t exactly work, and i’ve heard that it does and id like some confirmation on that.
If it does, then a burst build like this will be exceptional

I believe Lingering Elements only works with the 5 point Water trait. So it is rubbish.

Anet probably intended it to work on the 5 point traits. So even if it gets fixed it won’t be much better.

Lingering elements work, but can only carry a bonus from one attunement, meaning that multiple attunement bonuses cant be active at the same time. They dont stack.
