I have been looking for a decent build for the purposes in the title,
i have found a few like this one

Looking for pve/dungeon/WvWvW staff build
More supportive builds:
0/0/0/30/30, focus on healing and support, last 10 can be pretty much anything.
0/0/0/20/30, less focus on healing, but still supportive as hell, last 20 points can go anywhere again.
Personaly i use 20/0/0/20/30, nice support and i can easily solo with it too, so i don´t have to switch traits constantly.

I use a condition build.
30/0/10/10/20/
The gear I have on is all carrion.
I use the staff in dungeons and run around in PvE with DD. This build also works well in WvW. Try it.

Only level 65 right now, but what I have so far:
In a small group:
0/10(II)/0/15(VI)/30(V/VIII/XI)
In a large group:
0/10(V)/0/15(V)/30(V/VIII/XI)
Aiming for either 10/10/0/20/30 or 0/10/0/30/30, not sure yet. Haven’t tried dungeons yet, either. Gear is focused on Power, Toughness, and Precision.
