Guild Wars 2

So i spend quite some time yesterday using it on various enemies,structures from different ranges and im lost.

How does it work? Hitting with it seems to be random. Even attack animation perfectly hits my target i get MISS most of times. That seems to be 60/40 to missing side.

Maybe im missing something vital here , or maybe it is supposed to be random ? ( thou i doubt it ) .

It is not random. It doesnt hit the buildings in the Tixx and dummies in LA. It hits normal targets. Dunno why. Same as Dragon’s Claw and Vapor Blade. They just run above dummies and miss those buildings.

So what IS the best way for D/D to take out objects where Fire 3 may send you off a clif, is on CD, etc?

I experience this too. Mine barely hits. Also, I noticed this a few months ago but never questioned it or anything, but anyone else’s ride the lightning and magnetic grasp constantly take you way past the target? This has like a 50/50 chance of happening for me and also lots of times I’ll click a button and the skill doesn’t work and I’ll be like kitten and then have to click again (this only happens to me in D/D).

Ya there are like 3 posts about it already, just like fire grab, it misses half of the time because it only hits in a very small angle and ontop of that, it only hits on the angle you were aiming to the instant you started to cast it, so if you turn around or move a bit (which happens 99% of the time in pvp since enemies move) it will just miss because it shots in the wrong direction.
